El Reglamento de la UE sobre Productos Libres de Deforestaci\u00f3n (EUDR) es un impulsor regulatorio clave que requiere est\u00e1ndares interoperables a nivel mundial para apoyar a la comunidad GS1.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para apoyar esta necesidad, GS1 est\u00e1 desarrollando est\u00e1ndares a trav\u00e9s de un Grupo de Trabajo Espec\u00edfico de Misi\u00f3n (MSWG) centrado en EUDR. El grupo aborda los requisitos de la regulaci\u00f3n para la diligencia debida, la trazabilidad y el intercambio de datos en toda la cadena de valor. El reglamento exige que los operadores y comerciantes que manejan siete productos b\u00e1sicos clave (ganado, cacao, caf\u00e9, palma aceitera, caucho, soja y madera) proporcionen datos verificables para garantizar que los productos colocados o exportados desde el mercado de la UE est\u00e9n libres de deforestaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La norma provisional EUDR explica c\u00f3mo comunicar los n\u00fameros de referencia y verificaci\u00f3n, utilizando EDI, GS1 Web Vocabulary, EPCIS o GDSN para el intercambio seguro de datos interoperables. El est\u00e1ndar se ha desarrollado utilizando el Proceso de Gesti\u00f3n de Est\u00e1ndares Globales (GSMP) de GS1, lo que garantiza una amplia participaci\u00f3n y consenso de la industria.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los est\u00e1ndares y herramientas provisionales de GS1, como la herramienta GS1 Web Vocabulary y los archivos de mapeo, est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para ayudar a las partes interesadas a prepararse para el cumplimiento, respaldar la integraci\u00f3n de m\u00e1quina a m\u00e1quina y facilitar la revisi\u00f3n y adopci\u00f3n de la comunidad. Las normas provisionales se desarrollan para anticipar las necesidades regulatorias y permitir la implementaci\u00f3n temprana de la industria antes de la ratificaci\u00f3n formal.
