GS1 Argentina ofrece el soporte en la definici\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de los est\u00e1ndares y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dicapua-ochner.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.dicapua-ochner.com\/\">Di Capua &amp; Ochner<\/a>, el asesoramiento en los procesos de Supply Chain desde el inicio del proyecto que comenz\u00f3 hace tres a\u00f1os, asumiendo el rol de Project Management. La iniciativa sumar\u00e1 otros proveedores y clientes al proceso, y avanzar\u00e1 con la implementaci\u00f3n en droguer\u00edas integrales del interior del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Hace tres a\u00f1os, el proyecto resultaba un gran desaf\u00edo porque los indicadores de calidad de los proveedores, en general, se encontraban lejos del nivel m\u00ednimo aceptable para las droguer\u00edas integrales. Sin embargo, los beneficios que se esperaban generaban altas expectativas entre los involucrados.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La implementaci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 con la especificaci\u00f3n de un Acuerdo Operativo dentro del cual se describieron los procesos que comenzaban con la preparaci\u00f3n, control, embalaje y despacho de los pedidos en los centros de distribuci\u00f3n de las distribuidoras, y continu\u00f3 luego con las actividades de recepci\u00f3n, control y almacenamiento en las instalaciones de las droguer\u00edas Integrales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El criterio desarrollado para resolver controversias fue el enfoque integral-extendido de la cadena de suministro, para optimizar el proceso sin importar qui\u00e9n se pudiera ver perjudicado o beneficiado sino siempre con la intenci\u00f3n de \u201coptimizar el todo en lugar de alguna de las partes\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con ese enfoque, la mercader\u00eda tiene que fluir dejando de lado controles repetitivos y manipuleos innecesarios, y garantizando un tiempo \u00f3ptimo en el ciclo \u201cpreparaci\u00f3n del pedido en la distribuidora\u2013 disponibilidad de la mercader\u00eda en stock para la venta en la droguer\u00eda\u201d con el menor costo posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed, el proceso puso en la misma mesa a todos los actores, buscando comprender las necesidades de unos y las limitaciones de otros, de modo que lo que comenz\u00f3 como una relaci\u00f3n de clientes y proveedores poco a poco se fue constituyendo en una relaci\u00f3n de confianza que hoy los sit\u00faa como socios estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La primera etapa puesta en marcha apunt\u00f3 a poner el proyecto en servicio dentro del \u00e1mbito de las droguer\u00edas del AMBA, y hoy con esa etapa pr\u00e1cticamente finalizada, los actores ya experimentaron beneficios como: Reducci\u00f3n del ciclo del pedido (tiempo desde que se hace el pedido hasta que la mercader\u00eda est\u00e1 disponible para la venta) y del n\u00famero de verificaciones de control, baja en el tiempo de estad\u00eda de la mercader\u00eda en la recepci\u00f3n de las Droguer\u00edas Integrales, mejoramiento en la calidad de las entregas, identificaci\u00f3n y procesamiento prioritario de productos cr\u00edticos en la recepci\u00f3n de las droguer\u00edas Integrales, reducci\u00f3n en los tiempos administrativos y de manipulaci\u00f3n de la mercader\u00eda, y baja del tiempo de permanencia del proveedor durante el proceso de recepci\u00f3n, descarga y control de la mercader\u00eda.
